Terms and Conditions

1) To participate in this competition, simply register your name, phone and email address on the giveaway page in the form: https://mysalisburyhome.com/parade-of-homes

2) The contest is open to residents in the US; except for My Salisbury Home employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organization, and operators of its brands and concessions.

3) The prize package consists of:

1 Artisan Kitchenaid Mixer (the color will depend on stock availability)

4) We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5) Multiple entries are accepted only if/when a person who you referred through the share program signs up by entering a valid name and phone number. If the phone number is not valid, entry will not be included nor counted towards your additional entry. 

6) Winners will be announced on social media and contacted via text message with details of their prize.

7) No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.

8) We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent, inappropriate or based on misconduct.

9) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

10) Winners will have one week to claim their prize from the date it is supplied. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.

11) The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12) By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

13) Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
